Congratulations go to all Anchor Boys who took home prizes at our Prizegiving Ceremony on 13 May.
The evening was a fitting end to the year with Anchor Boys joining those from the older sections to celebrate their achievements over the course if the session.
Parents, family and friends heard about some of the activities boys have taken part in, and all boys received a certificate and prizes for their efforts.
We were also pleased to promote one of our members, Aidan Furlong, to Junior Section during the evening.
Whilst the prizegiving brought to an end our normal Friday night meetings for the session, it wasn’t quite the end of our activities.
At the end of the month, Anchor Boys and Junior Section joined up for a visit to Heads of Ayr Farm Park – our traditional end-of-session excursion.
Now attention turns towards session 2022-23, which enrols on Friday, 2 September. Any boys in the P1-P3 age group will be made most welcome.
