We brought the Anchor Boy session to a close in May with our prizegiving ceremony celebrating the boys’ achievements over the course of the year.
All of the boys took home prizes and we were especially pleased to have five boys winning prizes for Perfect Attendance having not missed a meeting all year.
We were also delighted to promote six boys from Anchor Boys to Junior Section. This means we’ll have plenty of space at the beginning of next session to welcome new members, and we’re happy to receive enquiries for boys going into P1, P2 or P3 at any point over the summer.
We rounded things off with our end of session day-trip to Blair Drummond Safari Park on 18th May alongside Junior Section.
It proved to be a hugely enjoyable trip with plenty for the boys to do across the venue from driving through the big cats enclosure to visiting Chimp Island, and seeing the sea lions.
