Company Section has enjoyed an eventful summer with two big events having taken place since the end of last session.
In June we took a trip to Blackpool Pleasure Beach with boys spending the day experiencing the various rollercoasters, rides and attractions.
Then in August we had our first Summer Camp since 2019, joining with Junior Section for a weekend at Lagganlia Outdoor Centre at Kincraig near Aviemore.
During a packed couple of days we had a challenging gorge walking session, went climbing and tried out archery, on top of other pastimes such as football and rounders.
Now we’re looking ahead to the start of the new session, with enrolment for 2023-24 taking place in the large hall on Friday, 1 September from 6.30pm onwards.
Normal activities include sports, games, badge work, bugle band, drill, vaulting and a large number of competitions with other local companies as well as our own Company outings.
