It has been a busy period for Junior Section, with further events planned prior to the Christmas holidays.
In mid-November, seven boys took part in BB Glasgow’s unihoc competition – an indoor version of hockey – and all had a great time competing against boys from around the city. A fun afternoon was had by all, with the bonus of our two teams finishing in first and third place respectively – well done to the boys who participated.
We were delighted to see a good turnout for the Remembrance Sunday church service and pleased to share in an important service with the congregation. We were also happy to see a dry morning which allowed for a march past after the service and which the boys all enjoyed taking part in.
In the near future, we’ll be participating in the Partick District ten-pin bowling competition, whilst plans are also underway to attend the pantomime before Christmas.
