The new Boys’ Brigade session is almost upon us, with enrolment for 2022-23 taking place in the large hall on Friday, 2 September from 6.30pm onwards.
Normal activities include sports, games, badge work, bugle band, drill, vaulting and a large number of competitions with other local companies as well as our own Company outings.
With the effects of the pandemic having curtailed some elements of our programme last session, we’re hopeful that the coming year will give boys the chance to experience the full range of BB activities.
At the end of last session, we said goodbye to three boys as they reached the Brigade age limit and gained their Queen’s Badges, but with four boys being promoted from Junior Section, we’re looking forward to welcoming some new faces and getting our programme of activities underway.
As always, any boy between the school ages of P7 and S6 will be made most welcome.
