Membership
Information
The
Company has three sections, all meeting on a weekly basis.
The
Anchor Boys' section includes Boys of school stages Primary 1
to Primary 3, with Junior Section members normally in the Primary 4 to
Primary 6 age range.
Older Boys than this attend the Company Section
of the 130th Glasgow and can be members until the age of 18.
At the
commencement of the 2007/2008 session, there were approximately
40 members of the 130th Glasgow across the three sections. At
present, there are six officers who undertake the running of the
Company under the overall captaincy of Craig McQueen.
The
Company Section is for the oldest members of the 130th GCBB. A variety
of activities are prepared in the Company Section, including
drill, band, badge work, sports and district competitions. There
are also special events throughout the year that occupy the time
of both the Boys and the officers!
